I’ve decided to take on a new reading challenge in 2021 which I’m calling my Novel Travel Quest 😀
I love to travel and I love to read so the idea for this quest was perfect as it combines two of my favorite things. With the ongoing pandemic, travel is not currently an option so being able to travel even in my head and visit countries through Christian fiction stories made this quest really appealing.
My goal is to read a Christian fiction book based in every country of the world and review it here on the site.
The majority of the story needs to be set in the specific country to count. I don’t know if there is Christian fiction based in every country in the world, so it will be a journey.
There are 193 countries based on the United Nations member states list which I’m using as my reference. It’s unlikely that I’ll find Christian fiction based in each country but I’m certainly curious to see how many countries I am able to “visit”.
For the timeline, I do want this quest to be fun and not feel too much pressure to hit a number in a specific time. That said, I function better where there is a date set so I’ll see where I am in one year’s time. Then I can adjust as needed.
Here’s a list of FAQ about the challenge.
